Trevor Larkin

Mr. Larkin started his career in immigration law in 2011 as a paralegal in Buffalo, New York, where he specialized in border inadmissibility cases, employment-based immigration matters (e.g., E, J, O, and TN visas, and EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions), and Family-Based Immigration matters. That experience demonstrated the essential nature of immigration advocacy and inspired Mr. Larkin to attend law school.

Mr. Larkin graduated cum laude from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2017. At Drexel, Mr. Larkin was a Lead Editor and member of the Articles Selection Committee for the Drexel Law Review. His article, “Sex and Gender Violence in Asylum Law: Expanding Protection Beyond Domestic Violence,” was published in Volume 9 of Drexel Law Review, and Mr. Larkin received the Emalee G. Walsh Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship for the article. Additionally, as a law student, Mr. Larkin performed pro bono service with the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) of Pennsylvania and worked as a legal intern for the immigration court.
