Seth Lupton

Background and Experience:
Seth Lupton specializes in deportation and removal defense in immigration court. He represents clients in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Seth has a particular interest in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, and often helps clients navigate the complexities of how criminal charges can impact their immigration status. Seth also has extensive experience in family based petitions and inadmissibility waivers.
Prior to entering private practice, Seth completed internships with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, experiences which later proved invaluable in serving a clientele which often has complex and overlapping issues from different areas of law.
Seth graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2015 and completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Louis University in 2011. While at Villanova Law, Seth started the school’s first anti-trafficking student organization and committed hundreds of pro bono hours to various trafficking and immigration issues. Seth also participated in Villanova Law’s Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic, which provides pro bono services for indigent and vulnerable clients.
Outside of the office, Seth enjoys running, boxing, and traveling.
