Background and Experience:
Jonfranco Esimio is a member of our team of lawyers focusing on immigration law. Coming from a family of immigrants, Mr. Esimio has seen and experienced the immigration process in the United States from a young age.
Mr. Esimio began his higher education at Holy Family University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. After, Mr. Esimio attended the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. After being barred in Pennsylvania, Mr. Esimio has joined the law offices of Greg Prosmushkin full time as part of the firm’s team of lawyers.
During his undergraduate education at Holy Family University, Mr. Esimio gained valuable knowledge of the justice system interning with the Division of Criminal Justice in Trenton and Cherry Hill New Jersey. While pursuing his law degree at Drexel University, Mr. Esimio was a law clerk for the Division of Criminal Justice focusing on Insurance Fraud Prosecution. Mr. Esimio then clerked for the Office of the Chief Counsel branch of the Department of Homeland Security assisting with removal cases in Immigration Court. Mr. Esimio then switched his focus to private practice, clerking with Attorney Wayne Sachs. With Attorney Sachs and his associates, Mr. Esimio was an active participant in removal and criminal defense matters.
Having received a well-rounded education from esteemed professors at The Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, and gained ample experience working for both the government and in private practice, Mr. Esimio has proven to be a dedicated, hardworking, and knowledgeable attorney who works tirelessly to fight for his clients’ rights under the law.
