Background and Experience:

Attorney Jonathan Tobin focuses his practice on helping people who have been hurt.  Clients who work with Jonathan know that they are not hiring just any lawyer:  Not only does he hold a certificate from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, but he also understands the mindset of insurance companies after working as a lawyer at one of the largest insurance companies in the nation. 

This unique background allows Jonathan to view a case from all perspectives, thereby helping ensure that clients’ cases are resolved in the most effective manner possible in order to maximize compensation. In addition, as a trial attorney, he offers clients the benefits of over a decade’s worth of legal experience navigating in both the complex legal system as well as the courtroom. 

Before joining The Law Offices of Greg Prosmushkin, P.C., Jonathan worked at a notable personal injury law firm in Philadelphia. He also has experience working within the insurance defense world. 

He is licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey federal courts.  He also serves as an arbitrator for the Compulsory Arbitration program of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Jonathan was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He is proud to represent those who live and work in our community.
